- For a quote: we request you to provide your name, email address and country you are from (so we can provide accurate shipping quotes). We also request pictures, descriptions, artwork and any other relevant information about the job in question so we can provide an accurate quote.
- Once a quote has been agreed by you, we request you to send us the dial to our office address. On receipt of the dial we request payment upfront (we will send these details on email). We will then provide an approximate turn around time.
- Once the work is complete we will despatch the dial(s) to you to the postal address you provided.
